Please take the time to read over our submission guidelines to avoid your details being rejected for inclusion in The Property Tycoons Links Directory.
Please read the following rules before submitting your website:
- We will not accept your details if it contains adult material, violence, hatred, fraud, pirated software, drugs, warez, gambling, betting, an online pharmacy or anything illegal.
- If you don't have a website, you can still upload your details and we will take a decision to include the details in the links directory.
- Do not submit URLs that contain only the same or similar content as other sites you may have listed in the directory.
- Do not disguise your submission and submit the same URL more than once.
- Do not submit any site with an address that redirects to another address.
- Do not submit sites "under construction."
- Do not submit mirror sites. Mirror sites are sites that contain identicalcontent, but have altogether different URLs.
- A site submitted to an inappropriate category shall not be added.
- Submit your Top-level page only, www.yourdomain.com.
- The description should be no more then 500 charecters in length.
- The title should be no more then 100 characters in length.
- Only submit your homepage - do not submit sub-folders.
- Avoid inappropriate CAPITALIZATION of words.
- Submissions via email are not accepted.
- In Description area DO NOT Include owner name, email address, phone number, keyword or company address.
- Don't submit sites consisting largely of affiliate links.
- Selecting the submission option 'Regular links with reciprocal' must link back to us from a Page Rank 3 or more (PR3+) page and from the same domain being submitted.
- A 'Reciprocal Link' (link back to www.property-system.com)has to be placed in your website home page (If you are submitting a website link) or any page which can be easily navigated from and to your website home page and is clearly visible. Please note that we will take a final decision on your link submission based on the location of the 'Reciprocal Link' in your website.
Your Link details will be reviewed and added in to our database within 1-2 weeks. A Free Submission will not guarantee your detail inclusion in our database.
Terms of Agreement:
Our editors have the right to accept or reject any information submitted.
Our editors may alter the title and/or description or your submission.
Our editors may place your site in the category that they believe most relevant.
Our editors have the right to delete any listing for any reason. |
