Description: It’s no secret any more that our economy is pretty battered and bruised. Repossessions will be rising this year to unprecedented levels – over 70,000 which is the same number of repossessions in 1991 when the UK economy was last in recession.

Interest rates are low and falling which will of course affect the income of savers and unemployment is set to hit 3.1m people (10% of the workforce) according to the British Chambers of Commerce.

FORTUNATELY for many property investors things are different. Very different.

As you probably know, I am a full time property investor myself and so are all of my business partners. Together we own several hundred investment properties not to mention the 30 – 50 we sell every month as ‘ready made deals’.
