This is a fascinating interview that I did with Phil Wheeler. He is a popular member of the Property Tycoons Community and a full time property investor. Phil studied computer studies at Brighton University. He then went on to work for JP Morgan the investment bank, Bupa and Cap Gemini the management consultants where he consulted large public organisations like the home office and FTSE 100 companies Matalan and Vodafone.
Phil reveals many strategies and techniques that property investors can use immediately to save time and money, improve your performance, reach your goals sooner and live a better quality life. His advice is based on his own experience as a high flying City executive.
