At the first Tycoon Mastermind Alliance session of the year, we focused on coaching the TMA members on how to set measurable specific goals, how to set a clear property investment strategy and how to find distressed sellers of below market value properties. Our members are all successful professionals and entrepreneurs with a passion for property who work together to help each other reach financial freedom.
They have a wide range of experiences and skills in property from 0 properties all the way up to members with 50 properties. Our next workshop is a Property Tax Masterclass in September followed by a session on How To Source Deals From Estate Agents in October. Our planned Property Negotiation Mastery field trip to Marrakech in October is already proving to be a big hit with over 40 members already signed up!

Parmdeep Vadesha created the Property Tycoons Community website because he couldn't find anywhere on the web that brought together people who shared his passion - the art of finding and buying investment properties at knock down bargain basement prices.
Parmdeep stumbled into property at the age of 23 whilst working nightshifts as a warehouse operative at a local crisps factory for £5 per hour. He started in property without any experience or knowledge of the business. He invested all of his spare time into learning how to find distressed sellers of bargain properties. Within 3 years he was financially free purely through his property related investments and businesses.
