A lot of people think that making money in property is all about owning buy to let properties and not much else when in actual fact, there are many new and exciting ways to make £2,000-£15,000 per month in property without owning any buy to lets!

Operating your own letting agency is a great example.
My business partner Hanif Khan recently invited members of my Tycoon Mastermind Alliance program to one of his letting agency branch’s in Birmingham. Hanif started his first letting agency five years ago and he is now busy opening up branch’s all over Birmingham.
With the proper systems in place, a letting agency can produce £10,000 per month in passive income with minimal time or effort from you. Hanif and many other investors all over the UK have done it and so can you.
The important thing to remember is that letting agencies do not just produce income – they are also highly attractive businesses too. For example, an agency making £100k would typically sell for between £300k-£400k. An agency making £500k per year might sell for up to £3m!
