Parmdeep Vadesha created the Property Tycoons Community website because he couldn't find anywhere on the web that brought together people who shared his passion - the art of finding and buying investment properties at knock down bargain basement prices.
Parmdeep stumbled into property at the age of 23 whilst working nightshifts as a warehouse operative at a local crisps factory for £5 per hour. He started in property without any experience or knowledge of the business. He invested all of his spare time into learning how to find distressed sellers of bargain properties. Watched the video,I know you have services in place for the finance side,but some of the videos did not explain where the finance came from.I am assuming they did it through yourself would this be true
Interesting ideas. Helps with the motivation as well. Presently helping my son get underway with property. Have bought 3 over the last 8 months at below market value. Developed each of them and 2 are let. The 3rd for sale. Having real problems with no money down deals. So progress is slow due to deposits tying up cash until remortgaging is possible based on revaluation after improvements being made.Could do with some detailed advice. Is it possible to do such deals in Scotland where we live and operate? How do no money down or little money down deals work presently? Would really appreciate some knowledge.
