a long time ago but it's very daunting starting off unless you
have someone 'in the know' on your side. I found it quite hard
taking all of it in after reading it through but the detailed
index means I could source the relevant information straight
away. Having actually been on one of
those seminar courses which charge an extortionate fee and
aren't much use at all, I can honestly say your course is a
million time more useful but costs a fraction of the price. One
of the hardest obstacles I have come across is actually finding
the bargain properties, but I think the more effort you put in
and people you let know you are looking then the easier it gets.
I have bought one property so far and I am waiting for the keys
so that I can renovate it and hopefully make a big profit. I
will let you know how I get on."

of insightful and above all honest information that is truly
practical and applicable in the real world. I had already
started investing in property but you have brought an entirely
new perspective on the areas and methods on which to concentrate.
The results speak for themselves - I have confirmed acceptance
today of my first Below Market Value no money down deal!
Still some hoops to get thru (notably valuation) but almost
there. On market at £116k, offer accepted at £90k, tenant
already in place paying £671 per month.
I am also moving close on another BMV deal (not NMD this
time) but will be looking to flip this one quickly and potential
for £15k+ profit (modest projections). Both of these came
from DEALS PURCHASED THROUGH THE FORUM!!! And finally I
am also closing in on an HMO opportunity (sourced myself)
- Mkt value £275k, purchase £230k, approx £10k renovations
then product allows for revalue to draw out all, or most,
of money put in and ongoing rental of 6 rooms at approx
£80-95/wk = £2k+ per month rent.

Following your marketing plan, I am also in process of getting
substantial leafleting campaign, e-marketing campaign etc
all driving traffic to my new website to be launched soon.
I have been attending networking events and getting to know
people in the property game - this is also already reaping
rewards.
All this is within a few weeks of reading your course! Sure
I had activity going before, but focussed in a non-efficient
manner (basically hunting round the auctions!) - you really
did open my eyes to a new methodology in approaching property

One which clicked with me 100% - I used to be the sales

the Birmingham PNC events but you will be glad to hear that
this past year I have been focusing more on the "doing"

9 houses in and around Leicester with none of my own money.
